Buying Laptop Computers

More people are buying laptop computers today rather than desktop computers. There is a gaping gap between the notebook or laptop computers and the desktop computer in the sense of computing power, portability and overall performance.

However, when it comes to buying a laptop computer, the main question that comes up is how to get the lowest price that you can possibly get no matter if it is new, used,or a refurbished laptop.

One of the best ways to buy a good laptop computer for the lowest price available is to delete the intermediary from the transaction altogether. This way, you buy the laptop directly from the seller. Therefore, I would have to suggest buying the laptop online, preferably from the biggest online marketplace known as eBay!

Here is a little information that I found out while doing some research.

One day I personally logged in to eBay to do some research. The first thing I did was search through the category of “Laptops”. Once I did this, I got a litany of different laptop computer models that are available for purchase and listed in the auction format. However, not all of the laptops are used laptops; there are also brand new laptopsthat you can purchase.

During my research searching through the Notebook, Laptop computers category, I wanted to know what the best laptop that was up for auction was. Therefore, I proceeded to search for laptops that were going to be auctioned off and which ones had garnered more than twenty bids. The keyword “laptops” had 140 pages of listings, so I searched for bids on the first five pages of listings where I found twenty different laptops that were listed and had the minimum of twenty bids, which makes it a hot or favorite item. Twenty-one was the lowest number of bids for a Dell laptop, and the highest amount of bids was thirty-eight bids for another Dell Laptop. Out of the twenty different laptops that people were bidding on, twelve were Dell brands. In fact, the Dell latitude was the hottest selling laptop that was being sold on eBay auctions. Additionally, the second one was Toshiba and the third was Sony.

Therefore, if you’re in the market for buying laptop computers, you might want to consider getting a Dell, Toshiba, or a Sony.
